Scholarships for academic tutoring
At The Red Bow we want to give every student the opportunity to get the support they need to achieve the expected results at school. Many families are not able to cover the cost of sending their children to tuition centres or seeking academic tutoring for their kids to get that extra help they need to perform well at school.
We collaborate directly with academic tutoring centres to fund this support.
How to Apply for a Scholarship
At The Red Bow, we are committed to making sure children have the opportunity to get that extra tuition support they need.
Here are some examples of what The Red Bow fund:
Mathematics tutoring
English tutoring
You can apply for a Scholarship if:
Your child is aged between 5 to 18 years and is a New Zealand resident.
Your child needs extra support to achieve their academic goals.
You are financially unable to cover these costs. (You will need to provide evidence.)
How It Works
Families or guardians that wish to apply for the scholarship will need to fill out an expression of interest form.
The Red Bow will review the expression of interest application. If you are successful, you will be invited to apply for funding. This is when you provide the required documentation.
The funding application will be sent to The Red Bow for review. If something is missing, we will contact you to let you know.
After receiving all the requested information, we will assess your application and communicate the outcome to you directly.
If you are successful in securing a scholarship for your child, we will request an invoice directly from the local centre or service provider where your child will be getting tuition from.
We will pay the learning centre or service provider directly, and your child can start getting the support they need!
